Well, how is your flexibility?
There are three factors affecting the ability of your joints to move through its complete range of motion:
– Muscle elasticity & length
– The nervous system
– The joint structures
While a tight/open joint structure is genetic, the other two factors can be positively impacted by regular flexibility training.
The bad news is that the general population tends to neglect this component in their regular fitness routine.
Don’t let this happen to you! A regular stretching routine can do wonders for your physical performance and daily movement. Check out Momentum’s stretching videos the whole month of April- or book a complimentary movement analysis with a Momentum trainer to find out how you can move and feel better!

Are you stretching enough?
Flexible joints, muscles, and movements are vital for pain-free and independent movement. Proper flexibility helps us complete everyday activities like getting out of a chair, gardening, or cleaning the house.
If flexibility is neglected, joint range of motion will deteriorate, especially with age. Engaging in regular flexibility training can improve joint mobility, improve posture, decrease back pain, and lower the risk of injury.
Create your own fountain of youth. Feeling younger
may just be a matter of increasing your mobility
and flexibility!
