How to Offset a Day of Sitting
How long will you be sitting today? It’s time to get up and move! Just 30-40 minutes of “moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity” is enough to counteract the negative effects of a whole day sitting. Can’t get in a 30 minute walk today? Stand up! Standing up for some or part of your day can also help!
