Hi Momentum Fitness Community!
Holly will be holding a 40 minute yoga class this Thursday, (and every Thursday for the foreseeable future). If you’d like to relax and de-stress a little, join in. It’s free!
Here is the link to join the session. Holly will be logging on to start the class at 12pm Thursday. All you need is a mat and bare feet!
