The Benefits of Exercise Tip #5- Lower Arthritis & Back Pain
Discover all the great things you never knew you’d get out of a regular exercise routine:
According to MayoClinic.org-
Regular low-impact aerobic activities can increase strength and endurance in your back and improve muscle function. Abdominal and back muscle exercises (core-strengthening exercises) may help reduce symptoms by strengthening the muscles around your spine.
Exercise can also reduce arthritis pain, help maintain muscle strength in affected joints and reduce joint stiffness. It can also improve physical function and quality of life for people who have arthritis.

The Benefits of Exercise Tip #3- Heart Health!
Discover all the great things you never knew you’d get out of a regular exercise routine:
Lower blood pressure! Regular physical activity makes your heart stronger. A stronger heart can pump more blood with less effort. If your heart can work less to pump, the force on your arteries decreases, lowering your blood pressure.
Reduce risk of stroke and heart disease by strengthening the heart, lowering LDL and increasing HDL and blood flow capacity. Recent research found that, if you’re inactive,
you have a 20 percent higher risk for having a stroke or mini-stroke (transient ischemic attack) than people who exercise enough to break a sweat at least four times a week. Need some motivation? Sign up for a class or a training session with one of our trainers!
