April Classes are well underway!

Our April Class Schedule is as follows:
Mondays: 6:30am TRX, 12pm Core & Stretch
Tuesdays: 12pm Pilates Mat, 5pm TRX Basics
Wednesdays: 12pm TRX, 5:30pm Circuit Training
Thursdays: 6:15pm Core & Stretch
Fridays: 6:15am Circuit Training, 9:30am Pilates Mat
Saturdays: 8:30am Core & Stretch
