A wholesome dish full of November flavors, this very simple recipe reaps many rewards! Though the wheat berry cooking time is about an hour, you’ll receive the benefit of some excellent nutrition! One 1/4 cup serving provides 6 grams of dietary fiber and 7 grams of protein- and they’re a good source of iron and contains calcium and potassium.
