Momentum Mix is Back!
MOMEMTUM MIX is back! Start off the New Year with an amazing workout! Abby Goettsch will be teaching this energizing class Saturdays from 10:15-11:15AM starting January 5th. Bring a friend and your next class is on us at Momentum Fitness!
Class description:
Tired of the same ol’ thing? This class will mix and match a variety of equipment (kettlebells, jump ropes, TRX, medicine balls etc.) and training techniques, to bring you a challenging cardiovascular and strength workout. Improve your fitness quickly, no matter what level you are starting from.
Instructor Bio:
Abby graduated from National Personal Training Institute in Brooklyn Park, MN as an Advanced-Certified Personal Trainer. Since then she has trained in many different settings with different populations. Abby is also a certified expert in Functional Movement Screen (FMS). She moved to the East Coast last summer to start her new adventure, and she began working at a Chiropractic office in Providence as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her passion and love for fitness and nutrition began early on in life as she took part in sports ranging from dance and gymnastics, to basketball and soccer. Abby believes in helping people reach their goals by taking a step back and starting with the basics. Abby will work with you to improve any muscle imbalances, ensuring your movement patterns develop as efficiently as possible, before progressing you onto the next more difficult level. This approach on training is proven to decrease the risk for injury, and improve overall physical results. Abby is a firm believer in educating her clients on diet as well as exercise. She will help you to create a good balance between nutrition and fitness that will help you achieve your goals.
