Pilates Mat Class is Back!
Come learn the classical floor work originally developed by Joseph Pilates. You will use your body’s own resistance to perform a series of movements designed to improve core strength, posture, balance, flexibility and coordination. All levels welcome!
Laura studied the classical Pilates method at True Pilates New York, and was certified through Romana Kryzanowska’s Pilates. She began her teaching career at Equinox in New York City and was the manager of the Pilates studio at their flagship Columbus Circle location. Laura is currently the owner of Rare Form Pilates in Providence, a fully-equipped Pilates personal training studio.
