Momentum Fitness will be closing at 11am on Saturday 6/15/19, as it will be difficult to park near the gym after that time.
The parking lot on South Water Street will not be accessible at all tomorrow as well if you plan to come between 8am and 11am. We recommend parking on South Main St. or Benefit St.

Wondering how much to exercise? If you’re an astronaut, you may need as much as four hours of exercise in a 16-hour period!!
Whereas gravity does a pretty good job of keeping our bodies fit on earth, in space, you need much more just to maintain bone mass! So next time you’re finished with your 30 minutes of cardio, give a wave up to the ISS! They still have 3 and half hours to go!
