The Benefits of Exercise Tip #3- Heart Health!
Discover all the great things you never knew you’d get out of a regular exercise routine:
Lower blood pressure! Regular physical activity makes your heart stronger. A stronger heart can pump more blood with less effort. If your heart can work less to pump, the force on your arteries decreases, lowering your blood pressure.
Reduce risk of stroke and heart disease by strengthening the heart, lowering LDL and increasing HDL and blood flow capacity. Recent research found that, if you’re inactive,
you have a 20 percent higher risk for having a stroke or mini-stroke (transient ischemic attack) than people who exercise enough to break a sweat at least four times a week. Need some motivation? Sign up for a class or a training session with one of our trainers!

The Benefits of Exercise Tip #2- Better Immune Fuction
Discover all the great things you never knew you’d get out of a regular exercise routine:
Strengthen your immune system! Physical activity may help flush bacteria out of the lungs and airways. This may reduce your chance of getting a cold, flu, or other illness.
Exercise also causes change in antibodies and white blood cells (WBC). WBCs are the body’s
immune system cells that fight disease. These antibodies or WBCs circulate more rapidly, so they could detect illnesses earlier than they might have before. Increased
circulation of worker T cells reduces sick days by 25 to 50%!
