How will you know when you’ve achieved your goals? Get SMART by setting a goal that you can measure! Once you know that you’ve hit the goal post, you’ll be motivated to keep going!
Set gradual milestones, and then celebrate each small victory! For example, instead of “drink more water”, set a goal of 1 cup every morning and evening for one month. Then, keep track, and celebrate what you’ve achieved!
