Create a motivational wall, collage, or fridge- put it in a place you’ll see often each day. Include pictures of your goal, what it will look like to work toward that goal, and how it will feel to accomplish it. Add a vision board, your calendar, motivational quotes or affirmations, and reasons why you want to get there.

If you’re tempted by those leftover cookies, try a short workout or a tall glass of water, seltzer, or tea. Even five minutes will help refocus on other things. Staying hydrated can also help you curb cravings caused by thirst.
